I own this little piece of the internet, so I have undisputed control over what goes here. I shall do as I please. Anyway, this site will contain some information about me and the projects I am working on.
I am Donnisk. I am a proponent of free software, as my views are aligned with the Free Software Foundation's views. I use Hyperbola GNU/Linux-Libre on my Librebooted Thinkpad T400, while on mobile I use Replicant 6.0004 on my Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7'. For hobbies outside of my daily computing habits, I am a rather mild weeb, very light gamer, and an avid hiker.
As I said in my "About me" section, I use Hyperbola GNU/Linux-Libre. I have two fondations for my computing, the software I write or use MUST be free (as in freedom) and the software I write or use MUST suck less. I do not tolerate any proprietary firmwares, softwares or services, and instead I use free alternatives. I do not use a display server, but my recommendation (because it sucks less) is Xenocara. I only will use dwm with dmenu, because everything else sucks more, and that conflicts with my philosophy for computing. For multimedia, I use MPV for video, cmus for music and fim (fbi improved) for image viewing.
Because the internet is a feudal system. If I am to live in a feudal system, I choose to own land, rather than be tied to land. This way, I can at least be a baron or lord of my own website, which is the equivalent to land on the internet. I do not belong to one site like whatever social media people use nowadays, I own my own website, and I am independent from most other websites. If I wish to present to you something, having my own website allows me to do so in a way that I deem to be the right way. Another benefit is that I have zero javascript code on my website. My website sucks less and probably took you a hundred milliseconds to load, not even a full second! A tenth of a second! Anyway, that's why I have this website, I am free to do as I please with this website, and I don't care if you dislike it.
